These terms apply when you purchase goods from Build Your Fed through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
About our products
Build Your Fed sells new and pre-owned wrestling action figures, accessories, playsets and related merchandise.
Pre-owned items may show signs of previous display, storage or play. We aim to describe items accurately and provide photographs showing their condition and included accessories. Please review the product description and photographs before purchasing.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, background scenery, stands, display items or other props shown in photographs are not included with the product.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive confirmation using the email address provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where an item is unavailable, has been listed with a clear pricing or description error, or where we reasonably cannot fulfil the order.
As many of our products are individual pre-owned items with only one available, availability cannot always be guaranteed until an order has been successfully processed.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Estimated delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please ensure that the delivery address supplied at checkout is accurate. Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your rights to cancel an online order, return goods and receive refunds are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Product images and descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs and descriptions accurately represent each item. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and your device or screen.
For pre-owned products, reasonable signs of previous use may be present where disclosed in the listing or visible in the photographs.
Website use
You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, use it for unlawful purposes, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or associated systems.
Intellectual property
Build Your Fed branding, original graphics, photographs and website content belong to Build Your Fed unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Product names, trademarks and other intellectual property belonging to manufacturers, wrestling promotions or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Build Your Fed is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders unless expressly stated otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to your purchase will be those in effect when your order is placed.
