For me, the best part of collecting wrestling figures has always been adding somebody new to the roster.
When I was a kid, getting a new wrestler was genuinely exciting. I still remember my friend getting Jakks figures of Crash Holly and Raven — wrestlers I'd never even seen in the shops. They immediately felt special simply because they were new and different.
Sometimes it didn't even matter where somebody sat on the real-life card. My WCW ToyBiz Shane Douglas was promoted straight into my main-event scene because he was a new addition to the roster. New figure, new rivalries, new matches, new possibilities.
As I got older, I fell in love with the figures themselves too — particularly those big, chunky Jakks Classic Superstars. Vader, Earthquake, Typhoon and so many more. There was just something brilliant about building a roster and gradually adding the wrestlers you wanted to it.
That feeling is what Build Your Fed is all about.
And one of my favourite things about wrestling figures is that their story doesn't have to end when somebody finishes collecting them.
A figure might spend years at the centre of someone's childhood wrestling fed. It might have main-evented countless bedroom-floor WrestleManias, been thrown from the top of a toy ring more times than anyone can remember, or simply stood proudly on a collector's shelf.
Eventually, collections change. Kids grow up. Collectors move on. Rosters get refreshed.
That's where we come in.
We love taking those unwanted collections, sorting through them and finding those figures a new home. Because the wrestler somebody no longer needs might be exactly the one somebody else has been searching for.
And it doesn't have to be rare or expensive.

Or maybe, like my Shane Douglas all those years ago, it unexpectedly becomes the biggest star in somebody's fed.
