Shipping Policy
Build Your Fed currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery charges
Standard UK Delivery: £3.99
Bulky or large items: £6.99
FREE standard delivery on orders of £100 or more.

Certain oversized or unusually heavy products may have a different delivery charge. Where this applies, the correct delivery option and price will be shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery times
Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for delivery. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been dispatched.

Combined orders
Where possible, multiple items purchased in the same order will be packaged and shipped together.

Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@buildyourfed.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery problems
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, arrives damaged, or there is another delivery problem, please contact us at hello@buildyourfed.co.uk and we will investigate.
